Job Title:\u00a0Business Development Executives<\/strong><\/p>\n

PURPOSE<\/strong><\/p>\n

To lead, motivate & develop a team of sales merchandisers in order to deliver stretch brand & portfolio targets & build profitable sales<\/p>\n

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED<\/strong><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Graduate \u2013 HND\/Degree caliber with at least 3 years\u2019 experience of marketing\/commercial \/ Sales environments
\nA proven track record in marketing \/ commercial \/ sales functions
\nAt least 2 years within a retail \/ FMCG business.
\nStrong People management experience
\nComputer literate (Microsoft office)
\nAble to identify and articulate customer\/market\/ competitor information to report on & input to future<\/p>\n

Trade Strategy.
\nIs able to handle tough situations through advanced negotiation skills and effective, collaborative cross- functional team working.<\/p>\n

ACCOUNTABILITIES<\/strong><\/p>\n

Manage and develop the Business Units to maximize profit
\nEnsure excellent execution of all sales and marketing initiatives
\nExecute Trading Terms & compliance with business unit
\nIdentify opportunities for growth & executing with scale & pace
\nGrow core brand volumes at agreed targets
\nAchieve targets for all customer & consumer drivers
\nManage outlet typing & execute coverage strategy
\nEnsure team works to the Tama Strategy & execute journey planning
\nSet & monitor sales driver & activity targets against agreed initiatives
\nPlan
\nEnsures that the market has a defined contact and coverage strategy as well as account classification (outlets are graded A,B,C,D,E and each grade of outlet has a frequency)
\nExecute business strategy that establishes guidelines for a ceiling on the percentage of call time spent collecting data which drives focus on key priorities, especially customer facing time
\nEmbeds relevant KPIs within Sales Incentives to drive great performance
\nExecute<\/p>\n

Execute JP and deliver individual targets in JP per call.
\nExecute activities per called out mechanic and ensure the success of activity in territory
\nAgrees and cascades a specified limit on the amount of competitive data and product range collected during each planning cycle to drive focus against Tama priority brands and packs
\no Support the definition and updating of sales force standards and expectations and ensure these are delivered by the sales teams<\/p>\n
