\nJob Locations: Tamale Branch Office
\nReport to: Branch Manager
\nJob Objective: Ensure prompt clients satisfaction through prudent underwriting and the application of approved standards.<\/p>\n
\nQuote risk adequate premiums for new and renewal businesses within mandate
\nProcess Motor and Non Motor underwriting transactions within the set standards
\nUnderwrite all applications within authorised levels
\nEnsure endorsements are issued accurately and on time
\nIssue policies and all other documents as evidence of insurance cover
\nOversee proper filling of documents in order to facilitate the retrieval of files.
\nComplete claims verifications
\nIssue renewal notices to clients prior to the renewal date<\/p>\n
\nProcess returns from Hollard2U Offices and other agents as well as issue certificates.
\nGive monthly report on quotations given and the conversion rate<\/p>\n
\nDiploma in Insurance from the WAII or GIC will be an advantage
\nA minimum of 2 years relevant working experience
\nFair understanding of Commercial & Personal Lines based policies
\nCustomer focused in terms of Service Delivery
\nAdvanced computer literacy in MS Office
\nShould be very meticulous and tactful
\nAbility to cope under pressure and with good relationship management<\/p>\n
