\n\u2022 Ensuring the daily distribution of correspondences are done promptly
\n\u2022 Scheduling of appointments and updating appointment calendars
\n\u2022 Filing, scanning and photocopying documents as and when required
\n\u2022 Scheduling interview and appointments
\n\u2022 Ensuring very confidential documents are treated as such.
\n\u2022 Receiving mails from courier companies.
\n\u2022 Handling all related customers service queries<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 An experience in the position will be an advantage.<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Good interpersonal skills
\n\u2022 Excellent telephone etiquettes<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Experienced using MS Word & MS Excel & PowerPoint
\n\u2022 Experience in arranging meetings\/conferences and events and making travel arrangements
\n\u2022 Achievement oriented
\n\u2022 Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
\n\u2022 Effective organizational skills
\n\u2022 Effective listening skills
\n\u2022 Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
