\nother general processing tasks (e.g. statement production, status enquiries, cheque book ordering)
\nAchieve individual operational performance targets and support the achievement of team targets.
\nAchieve individual customer service targets (both internal and external) and support the achievement of team targets by working within relevant service level agreements.
\nAssist with the auctioning of customer enquiries received in accordance with procedures.
\nComply with standards and other operational regulatory requirements.
\nWork closely with the team leader, supervisors and other team members as one team to deliver excellent performance.
\nConstantly seek to improve ways of working by challenging the status quo and supporting an empowering climate within the team, sharing knowledge, experience, best practice and providing constructive feedback as required.
\nProvide cover for other team members as required.

\nMinimum of two (2) years working experience
