\nDetailed working knowledge of all the bank\u2019s Retail products where applicable
\nDetailed working knowledge of the bank\u2019s operational environment, processes and procedures
\nDetailed working knowledge of all the bank\u2019s frontline systems including BRAINS, Winfos and other systems
\nDetailed working knowledge of the contact centre’s operational and rigor requirements
\nSome knowledge of contact centre environments
\nAnalytical \/ problem solving skills to be able to think on feet outside of scripted responses<\/p>\n
\nAt least 2 years in the Retail frontline environment.
\nA combination of cashier and enquiries experience.
\nPrior experience in dealing with customers by telephone
\nWell-developed communication skills, both verbal and written
\nStrong people skills
