\nIdentify when & where to refer customers to an appropriate area of delivery for specialist help and advice
\nAction any complaints received in accordance with procedures.
\nDeliver world class customer service practices and ensure adherence to the Bank\u2019s standards
\nAdvises customers on the bank\u2019s products<\/p>\n
\nComply with operational risk and rigour standards in respect of protecting people, customers, assets and the organization.
\nEnsure compliance with operational risk & rigour requirements e.g. Health and Safety standards, security of premises etc.
\nComply with relevant legislation e.g. KYC, banking code service standards, fraud prevention and money laundering procedures<\/p>\n
\nAchieve operational rigour excellence in all aspects of activities, processes and procedures undertaken to ensure a satisfactory audit.<\/p>\n
\nParticipate in local events to support local needs, develop individual and team skills to raise the Bank\u2019s profile in the local community.
\nAgree performance development objectives with the team leader.
\nPursue self-development to increase personal effectiveness, acknowledging strengths and areas for development.<\/p>\n
\nAchieve individual customer service targets and support the achievement of team targets by working within relevant service level agreements
\nProvide cover for other Team member as and when it becomes necessary
\nConstantly seek to improve ways of working by challenging the status quo and supporting an empowering climate within the team, sharing knowledge, experience, best practice and providing constructive feedback as required.
\nSupport and adopt the implementation of change initiatives.

\nSome previous experience in a Sales and Service-type role would be beneficial<\/p>\n
\nVisual concentration relating to screen-based work
