The successful candidate might also be responsible for a brand in the Category portfolio.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Other responsibilities will include:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Execution of duties towards the achievement of the category plan for the year<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Supporting\u00a0\u00a0the\u00a0\u00a0business to achieve NNS\/RIG\/OG\/OP1 objectives at country level for defined category<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Accurately preparing data and inputs for monthly business planning meetings<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ensure that pricing is in line with the validated pricing strategy in the category plan and making recommendations when required on pricing to consumers as well as defining the desired relative pricing<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Supporting the organization and following up on all activities and events for the category.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Managing sampling activities and proper execution specific to the category<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Understanding the impact of PFME spend on the P&amp;L of the category and tracks the brands performance and health.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ensuring all consumer activities and events are consistent with defined marketing and brand strategy<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ensuring proper pre and post evaluation of activities &#8211; activations etc. and provides actionable insights\/learnings for future activities<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Who are we looking for?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Minimum of a bachelor\u2019s degree in a relevant field<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">3-5\u00a0\u00a0years commercial experience<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sales experience is an added advantage<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Other attributes:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Experience in working with cross-functional teams.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Good communication skills<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Good analytical skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>What you need to know<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The closing date for application is\u00a0<strong>16<sup>th<\/sup>\u00a0January 2018<\/strong>.
