Newmont Ghana Gold Limited recruits <strong>Security Manager<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The candidate will report to the Regional Director and direct all elements of Newmont Ghana Security in accordance with established Newmont policies and procedure, the successful candidate must apply the best practice of industrial security to the protection of company personnel, assets, processes and product:<\/p>\n<p>Conduct investigations on incidents that occur on the property<br \/>\nDirect activities during emergency situations<br \/>\nDevelop, organize, train, maintain, equip and direct NGGL contract security forces for deployment to all Newmont properties<br \/>\nCoordinate Newmont Travel Risk Management System<br \/>\nThe duties and responsibilities listed above are representative of the nature and level of work assigned and are not necessarily all inclusive<\/p>\n<p><strong>Required Skills or Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A Bachelor&#8217;s Degree in Criminal Justice, Business\/Commerce, Political Science, Law or a related discipline<br \/>\nA minimum of 10 years experience in security or law enforcement, or an equivalent combination of training and experience are necessary<br \/>\nKnowledge and experience within the security industry is required<br \/>\nPrior experience working with an expatriate work force<br \/>\nEligible to obtain a permit to carry firearms and training in the use of firearms<\/p>\n<p><strong>How To Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>If you would like to be considered for this position, please send your application letter and current CV with references, indicating your e-mail address, telephone contact information to the address below:<\/p>\n<p>The Human Resource Manager<br \/>\nNewmont Ghana Gold Limited<br \/>\nP.
