{"id":28407,"date":"2018-01-16T06:19:46","date_gmt":"2018-01-16T06:19:46","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/?p=28407"},"modified":"2018-01-16T06:19:46","modified_gmt":"2018-01-16T06:19:46","slug":"jan-2018-vacancies-nestle-ghana","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/jan-2018-vacancies-nestle-ghana.html","title":{"rendered":"Jan. 2018 Vacancies At Nestle Ghana"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We are looking for an experienced Technical Supervisor (Mechanical) to join the Nestl\u00e9 Ghana Factory in Tema.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">At Nestl\u00e9, we are proud to produce some of Ghana\u2019s best-loved brands such as\u00a0IDEAL\u00a0\u00ae, MILO\u00ae, NIDO\u00ae, NESCAF\u00c9\u00ae, CERELAC\u00ae\u00a0etc. These Brands are cherished by households across the country.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Technical Supervisor<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>What can you expect?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Reporting to the Maintenance Engineer, the successful candidate will ensure efficient operation of plant machinery under his supervision.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Other responsibilities will include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Supervision of Planned Maintenance jobs generated by the system<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Supervision of Line Technicians<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Recommendation of corrective measures to Production Manager\/Maintenance Engineer where necessary<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Taking prompt action in case of breakdowns<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Making yourself available in case of emergencies<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Conducting training for staff to improve their skills, competence and efficiency<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ensuring that staff under your control are working according to factory rules and regulations<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Following up on spare parts stock levels and advising technical store appropriately<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Proactively promoting safety<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Supporting the implementation\u00a0\u00a0of Quality Management Systems and Continuous Improvement projects<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Implementing hygienic maintenance principles in your area and in the plant.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>Who are we looking for?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Must hold BSc. in Mechanical Engineering<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Must have at least 2 years relevant working experience.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Experience in welding and fabrication will be an advantage.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Experience in managing people<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Other attributes:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Must be fluent in both oral and written English<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Must be computer literate<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>What you need to know<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>The closing date for application is\u00a0<strong>23<sup>rd<\/sup>\u00a0January, 2018<\/strong>.
