\nEnsure that stock takes are properly organized and by the prescribed deadlines.
\nSupport procurement department throughout the process of negotiating new contracts and the tendering process
\nLiaise with logistics and other departments to update actual prices for commodities into commodity cost tracker
\nSupport cost centre managers to develop planned budgets for the year
\nEnsure budgetary control as against fixed assets and other categories.
\nProduce quarterly cost analysis reports
\nSupport cost centre managers to deliver realistic planned forecasts for the remainder of the year
\nEnsure that each expenditure is only authorized by the authorized departments and is within the approved budget
\nMonitor actual expenditure versus budget<\/p>\n
\nUniversity graduate in Accounting with ICA or ACCA
\nDetailed and thorough approach to analytical problems
\nPossession of strong interpersonal skills
\nPost graduation experiences – 2years minimum ICA\/ACCA
\nIT literacy is a precondition<\/p>\n
