\nAlerting the sales team to opportunities for further sales within key clients.
\nLetting customers know about other products the company offers.
\nAttending meetings with clients to build relationships with existing accounts.
\nAchieving client relationship targets and KPI\u2019s as set by the Head of Sales.
\nWorking closely with Account Managers and Sales Consultants.
\nEscalating and resolving areas of concern as raised by clients.
\nCarrying out client satisfaction surveys and reviews.
\nMonitoring company performance against service level agreements and flagging potential issues.
\nUpdating the CRM and ensuring account managers are aware of changes within clients.
\nPassing leads to the sales team and following up on progress.
\nLiaising with internal departments to ensure client needs are fulfilled effectively.<\/p>\n
\nPrevious sales experience and an organised approach to work.
\nHardworking with a strong work ethic.
\nPrevious experience working as a client relationship manager or a track record of managing client relationships.<\/p>\n
