Solidaridad West Africa (SWA) is a not-for-profit organization that supports the sustainable development of farmers and production systems in West Africa. We play a catalytic role by partnering with private sector companies and other stakeholders to foster the development of socially responsible, ecologically sound, and profitable supply chains. Our activities in West Africa are focused on cocoa, gold, oil palm, cotton and other commodities.
\nAs the Regional Expertise Center (REC) within Solidaridad\u2019s international network, we are part of a growing global movement advocating and supporting sustainable and responsible production and trade.

\nDuty Station: Accra<\/p>\n
\nResponsible for identifying, supporting and enhancing the use of high quality, effective training\/curricular resources.
\nLead the periodic assessment of different commodity training needs.
\nManage curricular and training resources with the support of needed external expertise.
\nEstablish a system for documenting, packaging and sharing lessons from the implementation of commodities training curricular.
\nProvide applied experience in learning research and practice to develop training materials for internal and external partners.
\nWork with respective project teams to integrate learning, experiences and outcomes into various curricular on annual basis.
\nMentor and coach staff to build organizational capacity; and performance monitoring of key training activities
\nAny other duties as assigned by the Line Manager.<\/p>\n
\nMinimum 10 years working experience in similar positions with other reputable organisations (international organisations, consultancies, bilateral agencies etc.)
\nDemonstrated experience in training curriculum development and management
\nExcellent command of MS-Office, Google suite.
\nGood communications and writing skills<\/p>\n
