\n\u2022 Act as the point of contact between the diretor and internal\/external clients
\n\u2022 Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
\n\u2022 Handle requests and queries appropriately
\n\u2022 Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments
\n\u2022 Make travel arrangements
\n\u2022 Take dictation and minutes
\n\u2022 Source office supplies
\n\u2022 Produce reports, presentations and briefs
\n\u2022 Devise and maintain office filing system<\/p>\n
\nSalary: GH\u00a2 1,200 to GH\u00a2 1,500 Ghana cedis<\/p>\n
