Plans, directs, and develops sales distribution strategies to effectively sell Sanofi products through direct and indirect distribution models.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"LTR\"><b>KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Identify and implement business development opportunities in line with marketing business plans to achieve company objectives and increase market share and revenues.<\/li>\n<li>Correspond with and sustain a close relationship with relevant government bodies as well as other relevant organisations, association and societies.<\/li>\n<li>Establish and sustain\u00a0 close relationship with relevant\u00a0 departments in the region namely sales, marketing, finance, regulatory, supply chain and public affairs<\/li>\n<li>Work with the HR department to ensure the implementation &amp; enhancement of policies &amp; procedures to support the growth, development &amp; well being of our employees in the region.<\/li>\n<li>Management of medical representative ensuring expected daily calls are achieved and objectives in all areas including promotional and marketing activities are met.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor progress of each distributor\/ agent against their set targets, analyze and comment on their monthly traffic \/ revenue performance and implement any changes required to achieve their target.<\/li>\n<li>Management of marketing activities and ensure compliance with all applicable <span class=\" WEQY \">legislative\/regulatory<\/span> requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Manage all areas of budget and ensure\u00a0 that all available resources and funds are allocated effectively to achieve objectives<\/li>\n<li>Follow up product registration.<\/li>\n<li>Organise product launches and other national medical and marketing activities.<\/li>\n<li>Manage and sustain close contact with distributors ensuring; consistent stock level, timely product ordering, smooth supply chain, even product distribution and uniform pricing.<\/li>\n<li>Participate in local tender activities.<\/li>\n<li>Act as the principal administrator for Sanofi within the country while safeguarding the company\u2019s interest.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p dir=\"LTR\"><b>Additional Information:<\/b><\/p>\n<p dir=\"LTR\">i.Knowledge, Skills &amp; Experience<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>University graduate with a minimum of 7 years\u2019 experience: at least 3 years industry experience in sales and marketing of which 2 must be at a senior sales level<\/li>\n<li>Good command of written and spoken English.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of the native language would be an advantage.<\/li>\n<li>Computer literate.<\/li>\n<li>Creative, Entrepreneurial.<\/li>\n<li>Must have experience in negotiating and contracting agents.<\/li>\n<li>Must have experience in dealing with government and industry bodies, to implement product entrance and development.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p dir=\"LTR\"><b>Working Relationships: <\/b><\/p>\n<p dir=\"LTR\">i.Knowledge, Skills &amp; Experience<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Sales and Marketing<\/li>\n<li>Finance<\/li>\n<li>Supply Chain<\/li>\n<li>Regulatory Affairs<\/li>\n<li>Government agencies and regulatory bodies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Sanofi is dedicated to supporting people through their health challenges.
