Newmont Ghana Gold Limited recruits <strong>Strategic Planning Analyst<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The successful candidate will report to the Regional Manager &#8211; Strategic Planning and support the establishment, alignment and integration of the strategic planning process into the business to deliver on Newmont&#8217;s vision and mission:<\/p>\n<p>Contribute to the establishment of a regional strategic planning process through development of analytical tools and analysis<br \/>\nCreate, support and execute a change management plan to integrate and align the strategic planning process and capability into organization<br \/>\nSupport the compilation, synthesis and communication of regional strategic scenarios and inherent risks within the global context to Africa Regional Leadership Team, Ahafo Site Leadership Team and the Board of Directors<br \/>\nSupport the Company&#8217;s Enterprise Risk, Management efforts through regular communication with regional and functional leadership personnel to ensure risk information is successfully incorporated into both the business planning and strategic planning processes<br \/>\nThe duties and responsibilities listed above are representative of the nature and level of work assigned and are not necessarily all inclusive<\/p>\n<p><strong>Required Skills or Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A Bachelor&#8217;s Degree or equivalent in Finance and\/or Economics, preferably biased toward mining, finance or mineral economics, or engineering related science<br \/>\nA minimum of 3 years experience in finance\/economics or business planning with in-depth knowledge of financial accounting<br \/>\nAbility to do complex analytical work strategically as well as on a tactical level and efficiently communicate results to management<br \/>\nThorough knowledge in cash flow modeling including complex financial modeling (simulation, real option analysis) and portfolio management tools<br \/>\nExcellent communication skills and good interpersonal relationship<\/p>\n<p><strong>How To Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>If you would like to be considered for this position, please send your application letter and current CV with references, indicating your e-mail address, telephone contact information to the address below:<\/p>\n<p>The Human Resource Manager<br \/>\nNewmont Ghana Gold Limited<br \/>\nP.
