\n\u2022 Supervising and coordinating the entire operations of the Sales & Marketing Department of the Company and its Divisions
\n\u2022 Effectively manage and develop subordinates performance through coaching, mentoring and periodic appraisals to promote a winning culture.
\n\u2022 Ensuring the attainment of the yearly sales budget as well as implementing the marketing plan.
\n\u2022 Liaising with HR in training personnel in the technical field and marketing.<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 A minimum of 5 years\u2019 post qualification relevant experience.<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Effective communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
\n\u2022 High level of motivation and results oriented
\n\u2022 Good team player
