The role reports to the Financial Reporting Manager<\/p>\n<p>Ensure accuracy of GL reconciliation and completeness of supporting schedules<br \/>\nEnsure accuracy of general ledger accounting and timely delivery of monthly financial reports<br \/>\nEnsure accuracy and timely submission of group reporting requests<br \/>\nEnsure timely completion and coordination of quarterly audits with no qualification or material adjustments<br \/>\nLiaison with internal auditors during audits<br \/>\nCoordination of all returns filed with the GRA and other regulatory agencies for compliance purposes<br \/>\nRelationship management with all the relevant tax authorities, external auditors, tax consultants and other regulatory agencies on all tax matters<\/p>\n<p><strong>Required Skills or Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>University degree in Accounting or B Commerce<br \/>\nProfessional qualification, ACCA, CIMA, or part qualified<br \/>\n3-5 years accounting experience in Telecoms\/FMCG<\/p>\n<p><strong>How To Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Please apply with your updated CV and Cover letter directly to: <strong>resourcing.gh@gh.africaairtel.com<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Offer valid till:\u00a019 Apr, 2011<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The GL Accountant will be responsible for the efficient management of the company&#8217;s General Ledger which includes complete and accurate reconciliation of all GL balances and postings.
