\nDevelop and implement financial policies, procedures and processes as d by the Board and\/or Company Management.
\nParticipate in formulating the company\u2019s future direction and supporting tactical initiatives.
\nParticipate in developing new business, specifically: assist the CEO and COO in identifying new funding opportunities, the drafting of prospective budgets, and determining cost effectiveness of prospective venture.
\nCoordinate, produce and manage annual budgets and funding programmes of the Company.
\nDevelop financial KPIs that will be applied in the Company\u2019s strategic direction.
\nDevelop financial and tax strategies.<\/p>\n
