This project will assist the Kenyan, Ugandan, Tanzanian, and Burundian governments\u00a0and neighboring nations\u00a0with improving regional integration by identifying and mitigating policy constraints to agricultural trade and value chains, scaling up best practices, and strengthening the resilience and cooperation of regional networks. We are looking for individuals who have a passion for making a difference in the lives of people around the world.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Finance and Operations Manager l EAC l Kenya l 2018<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in accounting; master\u2019s degree in accounting preferred<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of seven\u00a0years of experience in accounting on complex development projects; experience working with projects that have grants under contracts mechanisms highly preferred<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated knowledge and skills in accounting, financial management, and procurement<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated knowledge of and extensive experience with USAID regulations and control systems<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated leadership, versatility, and integrity<\/li>\n<li>Experience in\u00a0Kenya or other\u00a0EAC countries<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in English\u00a0required<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Application Instructions:<\/p>\n<p>Please apply\u00a0to\u00a0https:\/\/chemonicsesaf.formstack.com\/forms\/chemonics_keastarr_support_staff by February 28, 2018.
