\n\u2022 Analyze applicants financial status, credit and property evaluations to determine feasibility of granting
\nloans
\n\u2022 Obtain and compile copies of loan applicants credit histories, corporate financial statements, and other financial information
\n\u2022 Review loan agreements to ensure that they are complete and accurate according to policy
\n\u2022 Stay abreast of new types of loans and other financial services and products in order to better meets needs
\n\u2022 Set credit policies, credit lines, procedures and standards in conjunction with senior managers
\n\u2022 Monitor disbursed loan to avoid loan default
\n\u2022 Perform any other duties as may be directed by the credit manager<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 3 to 5 years experience in credit administration
\n\u2022 Hands-on experience with lending procedures
\n\u2022 Good financial analytical skills
\n\u2022 Excellent customer service skills<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Must possess excellent organisational skills
\n\u2022 Ability to react to stressful situations with professionalism while remaining calm<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Working knowledge of Microsoft Office application
