\n\u2022 Will be in charge of drawing strategic plans to attract clients for the company\u2019s products
\n\u2022 Help in recruiting and training the credit officers on regular intervals
\n\u2022 Ensure that collaborals are registered with Bank of Ghana Collateral Registry Unit
\n\u2022 Conduct loan appraisals and credit reviews
\n\u2022 Instituting credit policies and procedures in consultation with the board
\n\u2022 Lead recovery actions with the team in ensuring that good portfolio quality is met<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Masters in Finance\/Accounting\/Banking\/ Chartered member of professional accounting body will be an added advantage
\n\u2022 Qualification in LLB\/LLM will be an added advantage
\n\u2022 Must have at least 10 years of work experience in credit from a financial institution
\n\u2022 Should have experience in Micro and SMR lending
