\n\u2022 Development corporate business development plan and tactical marketing strategies, which are consistent with company policies
\n\u2022 Provide superior level of client relations and service and ensure compliance with all regulatory and company policies and procedures
\n\u2022 Screen potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirement and financial
\n\u2022 Develop a growth strategy focused both financial gain and customer satisfaction
\n\u2022 Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
\n\u2022 Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
\n\u2022 Promote the company\u2019s products\/services addressing or predicting clients objectives
\n\u2022 Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
\n\u2022 Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar position with proven negotiation skills
\n\u2022 Proven sales track record
\n\u2022 Excellent presentation skills
\n\u2022 Ability to research the market and develop financial products suitable for numerous clients<\/p>\n
