\n\u2022 Ability to lead the staff to achieve organizational goals
\n\u2022 Willingness to respond to emergencies to even at weekends and holidays
\n\u2022 Ability to plan for the growth and expansion of the company in the hostel business
\n\u2022 Ability to create and initiate procedures to plug revenue leakages
\n\u2022 Ability to develop strategies to improve hostel occupancy
\n\u2022 Must be computer literate
\nRemuneration: Attractive and negotiable
