\n\u2022 Facilities maintenance comprises all preventatives, remedial and upgrade works required for the upkeep and improvement of facilities & their components.
\n\u2022 Due to the urgency of the responses required in many of the activities involved, he\/she will often need to make daily reports or have an escalation procedure
\n\u2022 Maintain and manage office equipment as required
\nAdministrative functions:
\n\u2022 Control of construction expenses in excel
\n\u2022 Aid in archiving
\n\u2022 Assisting in web publishing
\n\u2022 Assisting staff documentation processes with Ghanaian authorities such as customs exemptions etc<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Handyman and technical skills
\n\u2022 Experience in a similar position is an advantage
\n\u2022 Excellent organisation and social skills
\n\u2022 Excellent knowledge of ITs and MS Office
\n\u2022 Excellent English language skills
\n\u2022 Valid driving license if possible<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Team-player, discretion, reliability, honesty
