The shareholders are the RCBs. It was granted a banking license in June, 2001 and was admitted to the Bankers Clearing House as the 19th member in August, 2001. \n\u2022 Manage the promotion of products to the rural and community Banks and their customers
\n\u2022 Manage the promotion of good public and media relations
\n\u2022 Consistently research, monitor and implement strategies to ensure growth in market share of the bank\u2019s products and services
\n\u2022 Organize advocacy campaigns
\n\u2022 Arrange external travels
\n\u2022 Organize corporate collateral
\n\u2022 Manage events and publications<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Must be a member of a relevant professional body
\n\u2022 A second degree in communications studies or related discipline will be an advantage<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Self-motivated with good interpersonal and communication skills
\n\u2022 Excellent writing and presentation skills
\n\u2022 Proactive and results-oriented<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Proficient in the use of MS Office applications and the internet
