\n\u2022 maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
\n\u2022 open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence
\n\u2022 perform data entry and scan documents
\n\u2022 manage calendar for Managing Director
\n\u2022 assist in resolving any administrative problems
\n\u2022 run company\u2019s errands to post office and office supply store
\n\u2022 answer calls from customers regarding their inquiries
\n\u2022 prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails
\n\u2022 schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements for Managers
\n\u2022 maintain office supplies for department<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 2+ years of hands on administrative support experience
\n\u2022 proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook a must
\n\u2022 knowledge of operating standard office equipment
\n\u2022 excellent communication skills \u2013 written and verbal
\n\u2022 ability to prioritize projects and strong problem solving skills
\n\u2022 good research skills and attention to detail
\nSalary: GHS\u00a21000 \u2013 \u00a21500
