\n\u2022 Market and advertise the WARA Training Academy
\n\u2022 Develop initiatives to expand and develop the training business
\n\u2022 Develop an overall training and development plan to meet the needs and expectations of WARA Training Academy clientele
\n\u2022 Fully manage the WARA Training Academy and making sure all the operating order at all times. This includes mannequins, all equipment, laptops, screens and projectors
\n\u2022 Supervise and where needed conduct certified professional first aid training instruction according to the needs of the WARA training Academy
\n\u2022 Monitor and evaluate training program\u2019s effectiveness, success and ROI periodically<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Be business-oriented, goal-driven and self-motivated
\n\u2022 Exhibit excellent presentation skills to perform training effectively
\n\u2022 A minimum of 3 years working experience in a similar environment
\n\u2022 Good proficiency in the English Language (both oral and written)
\n\u2022 Have training and development capabilities
\n\u2022 Good leadership, supervisory and interpersonal skills
\n\u2022 Must be I.T savvy
\n\u2022 Applicants with medical background will have an advantage
