\n\u2022 Developing and implementing a market development strategy to increase outreach and impact
\n\u2022 Managing the lending operations of the institution, consistent with the institution\u2019s credit policy
\n\u2022 Driving the Sales and Operations function to ensure that all set institutional targets are met
\n\u2022 Ensuring that performance targets for all branches are achieved
\n\u2022 Review and approve Credit proposals
\n\u2022 Manage portfolio quality in the institution to ensure good portfolio at Risk (PAR) at all times
\n\u2022 Work with people and culture team to recruit and train all branch staff
\n\u2022 Ensure strong and consistent performance management of branch managers and other staff<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Leadership skills, strong customer service skills, written and oral communication skills, human resource management skills, outstanding organisation skills, attention to detail
\n\u2022 Basic computer skills, advanced skills with Microsoft office
\n\u2022 Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Business Administration or a related field or the equivalent work
