\n\u2022 Work in conjunction with VFG leadership to ensure systems are optimized to support business operations through regularly scheduled operation reviews and internal audits
\n\u2022 Formulate and timely revise the department\u2019s plan with activities based on the business plan target and establish annual plan of action for IT staff
\n\u2022 Ensure proper and cost effective design of LAN\/WAN infrastructure to fit the current business environment
\n\u2022 Prepare and maintain IT infrastructure and process documentation
\n\u2022 Develop and enforce policy and procedures to ensure the usability and the protection of the organisation\u2019s IT assets and the integrity, security and privacy of information entrusted to or maintained by the organisation
\n\u2022 Develop and implement technological solutions to achieve institutions digital finance strategic objectives
\n\u2022 Manage the deployment, monitoring, maintenance, development, upgrade and support of all IT systems, including servers, PC\u2019s, operating systems, hardware, software and peripherals
\n\u2022 Manage multiple information and communications systems and projects, including voice, data, imaging and office automation<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Outstanding software and hardware skills
\n\u2022 Analytical and problem solving skills, good attention to detail \u2013 core capability
\n\u2022 5 years working experience in IT field, system administration, Database Administration, Management Informations Systems and IT Security, etc
\n\u2022 Minimum 3 years in a similar management capacity is required
\n\u2022 Thorough understanding of IT infrastructure, planning and development
\n\u2022 System analysis and development
\n\u2022 Organised, accurate and able to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Knowledge of Micro Finance Credit business operations is preferred
