We bring the future to even the most remote places, using technology to help families in disaster zones, showing young people that a phone is not just for fun and thinking about technology that doesn\u2019t even exist yet.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0EVM &amp; Commercial Performance Manager<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Role Purpose<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The job holder has the unique responsibility to shape the direction of Vodafone\u2019s Enterprise Business Unit (EBU)\u00a0offerings for customers and\u00a0provide the analytical foundation for developing compelling offerings for them.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Definition of a differentiated Enterprise Value Management strategy, roadmap and revenue that drives revenue and retains customers<\/li>\n<li>Bring superior commercial insight into VBS to ensure that our commercial performance, trends, analysis \u00a0are used to increase revenue<\/li>\n<li>Define and deliver Pricing strategy and commercial pricing for all commercial opportunities and products.<\/li>\n<li>Evolve the sales strategy for VBS, focusing on the futures, the Go to market plans including capability building.<\/li>\n<li>Support the most commercial complex bids and manage customer escalations ERDA<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Core competencies, knowledge and experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Substantial experience of implementing commercial strategies within a specific unit, ideally in the telecommunications, IT or Technology industry<\/li>\n<li>A deep understanding of financial planning modelling and business analysis<\/li>\n<li>Ability to effectively champion the Enterprise Value Management strategy in VBS\/ segment in line with the business goals<\/li>\n<li>Passion for driving the Enterprise Product agenda across all portfolio, products, segments and markets<\/li>\n<li>Proven ability to effectively lead transformational commercial change VBS<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of Wholesale Capacity industry with the ability to drive profitable growth in Wholesale end to end using sales, marketing and Customer value management<\/li>\n<li>Ability to sell to Pan African especially West African and international capacity vendors.<\/li>\n<li>Building Through VCS and direct partnerships<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Must have technical \/ professional qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor degree from a recognised university<\/li>\n<li>ACCA trained<\/li>\n<li>Sales, Commercial and financial acumen<\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of B2B and wholesale industry across Africa and international experience<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key Outputs:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Sales &amp; revenue data analysis<\/li>\n<li>Market segmentation information<\/li>\n<li>Reporting deadlines<\/li>\n<li>Commercial performance for all product areas by segment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Every great brand stands for something and at Vodafone we exist to connect everybody to live a better today and build a better tomorrow.
