\nSet and deliver Oil\/gas production targets
\nDeliver against all operational KPI\u2019s
\nCreate an open and high quality Operations team delivering high levels of safety, integrity, production, maintenance, and cost performance.
\nDeliver Operations Localisation Targets and Competency Framework
\nEnsure high quality EHS systems and Safety Case are in-place and being adequately maintained.
\nRepresent the company at Joint Venture Government meetings<\/p>\n
\nExtensive experience in production operations & maintenance
\nMinimum of 20 years of experience offshore and\/or deep water operations
\nMinimum of 10 years of experience leading a large Operations team
\nMinimum of 10 years in new developing country environments
\nUsed to new country environments
\nHigh level production and operational skills honed in national and international roles
\nHas had in-field OIM role or similar experience
\nDeepwater operational experience, preferred FPSO but not essential
\nCulturally sensitive and keen to develop national staff into senior roles
\nWest African experience beneficial<\/p>\n
