\n\u2022 Participate and support the implementation of the marketing plans of the organisation
\n\u2022 Increase the number of clients and revenue of all the channels of service delivery, optimising the referral network
\n\u2022 Monitor and evaluate the activities, analyse the results and propose appropriate solutions for their improvement
\n\u2022 Develop and implement annual action plans, annual supervision budgets and activities of all relevant staff
\n\u2022 Develop key messages for demand generation strategy and implement them throughout the channels
\n\u2022 Develop and carry out training on in line with the demand creation strategy for all staff
\n\u2022 Any other duties which will ensure the smooth and effective running of MSE Ghana<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Other professional qualifications, ideally in Project Management, Communications and Marketing desired<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Demonstrated understanding of product and service marketing
\n\u2022 Experience in marketing to young people, managing and working with brands
\n\u2022 Experience of using marketing research and analysis techniques and tools to inform decision making
\n\u2022 Experience of delivery integrated messages and campaigns across a variety of offline and online channels, including emerging technologies and social media
\n\u2022 Experience of managing relationships with communications agencies and internal stakeholders
\n\u2022 Knowledge of current communications methods and experience of working with databases and CRM systems
\n\u2022 Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, able to write high quality reports
\n\u2022 Sympathetic to women and men seeking family planning and reproductive health services and prochoice
\n\u2022 Be able to work on own initiative and at longer periods
\n\u2022 Customer focused with good interpersonal skills to engage with people at all levels<\/p>\n
