\n\u2022 Oversee the development, implementation and administration of remuneration and reward policies and practices that ensure market competitiveness and balance employee satisfaction and wellbeing with the company\u2019s financial resources
\n\u2022 Develop a human resource policy and procedures manual and ensure this is duly implemented and adhered to
\n\u2022 Demonstrate ownership of and communicate the HR department\u2019s strategic direction and objectives to all staff ensuring mutual understanding of roles, responsibilities and accountabilities
\n\u2022 Coordinate and facilitate the development\/update of an optimal organisation structure to support the achievement of goals and objectives
\n\u2022 Ensure the formulation and implementation of an effective performance management system which is objective, equitable, transparent and merit-driven
\n\u2022 Ensure that design and implementation of need based, cost-effective learning and development strategies to support the Group\u2019s business goals and improve corporate performance<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Minimum of 7 year progressive HR experience with at least 3 years in a supervisory role<\/p>\n
