\n\u2022 Identify new markets and customers in Ghana
\n\u2022 Establish and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with a range of customers in both the private and public sectors.
\n\u2022 Researching the needs of existing and potential clients to identify their needs as well as identifying who makes decisions about purchasing
\n\u2022 Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing and leading the sales team
\n\u2022 Develop and manage the company\u2019s customer database, ensuring all relevant information pertaining to customers, potential customers and sales leads is maintained and regularly updated
\n\u2022 Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the company\u2019s management team
\n\u2022 Planning and overseeing new sales initiatives<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Candidate with CIM part 3 would be an added advantage
\n\u2022 At least 3 years experience in a similar position or 5 years experience in a sales executive\/relationship officer position with proven negotiation skills
\n\u2022 Proven sales track record
\n\u2022 Excellent client communication and relationship management skills
\n\u2022 Possess a valid driver\u2019s license with a clean driving record
\n\u2022 Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written communications, sound presentation, analytical and computer skills
\n\u2022 Motivated, with a strong work ethic<\/p>\n
