\n\u2022 Oversee the achievement and maintenance of agreed customer service levels and standards
\n\u2022 Direct the daily operations of the customer service team
\n\u2022 Plan, prioritise and delegate work tasks to ensure proper functioning of the department
\n\u2022 Ensure the necessary resources and tools are available for quality customer service delivery
\n\u2022 Review and track customer complaints and resolution
\n\u2022 Handle complex and escalated customer service issues
\n\u2022 Analyse relevant data to determine customer service outputs
\n\u2022 Identify and implement strategies to improve quality of service, productivity and profitability
\n\u2022 Liaise with company management to support and implement growth strategies
\n\u2022 Co-ordinate and manage customer service projects and initiatives
\n\u2022 Ensure budget\/target requirements are met<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 At least 3 to 5 years post qualification experience
\n\u2022 Customer service experience
\n\u2022 Supervisory experience
\n\u2022 In-depth knowledge of customer service principles and practices
\n\u2022 Proficiency in MS Office applications
\n\u2022 Product knowledge<\/p>\n
