\n\u2022 Apply principles of Accounting in analysing financial information and Profit & Loss statements
\n\u2022 Plan and develop systems and procedures for improving the efficiency of the Accounting Department.
\n\u2022 Exercise responsibility for stationery stock depreciation of fixed assets and computation of provisions on overdue debts with support from the Head of Credit Department
\n\u2022 Exercise responsibility for all electronic fund transfers or transactions including those of the automated teller machines (ATM)
\n\u2022 Design and prepare annual budgets and budgetary controls with input and assistance from the budget committee and consult with senior management on the discal aspects of programme planning, salary recommendations, and other administrative actions
\n\u2022 Exercise responsibility for preparing monthly final accounts for discussion and decision by board and senior management
\n\u2022 Analyse and review budgets, revenue and expenditure level\/trends and make appropriate recommendations to senior management
\n\u2022 Liaise with internal and external auditors for successful completion of audit exercises and the relevant information of recommendations
\n\u2022 Exercise responsibility for preparing of reconciliation statements among branches, and with other banks
\n\u2022 Perform any other duty assigned by senior management and the board<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Must demonstrate diligence, courtesy and a high sense of integrity
\n\u2022 Must possess good communication skills and good interpersonal skills
\n\u2022 Must be resulted-oriented<\/p>\n
