This will be achieved through developing and maintaining strong working relationships with customers at key levels to optimize the utilization of the Bank\u2019s products.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Head Agribusiness Unit<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Minimum 1st degree, preferably in Agric<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum 5\/7 years\u2019 experience in managing agribusiness customers in a bank<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of Bank products and services targeted at the agribusinesses market.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to understand and interpret financial accounts of Agribusinesses<\/li>\n<li>Proven track record in sales<\/li>\n<li>Relevant experience in managing agribusiness customers<\/li>\n<li>Ability to identify the banking needs of agribusiness customers<\/li>\n<li>Good understanding of the agric value chain concept<\/li>\n<li>Good credit risk assessment skills in the agribusiness space<\/li>\n<li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Strong time management and self organization skills<\/li>\n<li>Excellent presentation skills<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of basic Microsoft skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to gain information of competitor activity in the local market<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of economic trends<\/li>\n<li>Sound knowledge of bank\u2019s products<\/li>\n<li>Sound knowledge of banking practices and theories<\/li>\n<li>Strong supervisory skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>To manage and enhance the existing portfolio of Agribusiness customers and solicit acceptable new relationships in order to meet the pre-set financial and non-financial objectives.
