\n\u2022 Report to the Project Manager or their designate the progress and update of mining activities
\n\u2022 Implement AMS safety and environmental procedures
\n\u2022 Plan the works up to 1 month in advance
\n\u2022 Coordinate plant and machinery utilization with AMS maintenance department
\n\u2022 Understand and apply the Ghana Mining regulations
\n\u2022 Work under the direction of AMS engineers for the efficient operation of L&H Mining
\n\u2022 Contribute to budget forecasts<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Mine Superintendent certificate of competency provided by the inspectorate Division of the Minerals Commission of Ghana
\n\u2022 At least 7 years plus working experience in the mining industry with not less than 3 years of experience in surface mining contract field
\n\u2022 Previous proven experience in this role or at least 5 years experience in a senior supervisor role
\n\u2022 Previous and proven ability to strive for best practice in regard to efficiency and effectiveness
\n\u2022 Able to lead a team and take the hard decisions that are sometimes needed for a successful project
\n\u2022 Must have valid First Aid Certificate
\n\u2022 Must have a valid Ghanaian Driving License (with C & E Class)
\n\u2022 Ability to communicate fluently in French is an advantage<\/p>\n
