{"id":2938,"date":"2011-04-09T12:06:47","date_gmt":"2011-04-09T12:06:47","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/?p=2938"},"modified":"2016-11-23T14:16:12","modified_gmt":"2016-11-23T14:16:12","slug":"right-to-play-recruits-in-ghana","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/right-to-play-recruits-in-ghana.html","title":{"rendered":"Right to Play Recruits in Ghana"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Location: Accra (with travel to the field as necessary)<br \/>\nReports to: Program Manager<\/p>\n<p>The Monitoring &amp; Evaluation Coordinator (M&amp;E Coordinator) will be directly responsible for the coordination of all Monitoring, Evaluation and Reporting activities as well as for providing technical and advisory support in these areas to partner organizations<br \/>\nThe M&amp;E Coordinator will serve as an House resource to component managers and partner organizations on developing Monitoring, Evaluation, and Reporting systems<br \/>\nThe M&amp;E Coordinator will collaborate with appropriate program staff and seek out and promote innovation and learning in order to continuously improve program implementation and performance<br \/>\nThe M&amp;E Coordinator will report to the Program Manager<br \/>\n<strong><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Required Skills or Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Must have:<\/strong><br \/>\nA Bachelor&#8217;s degree preferably in planning, statistics, or any relevant field<br \/>\nA minimum of 3 years leadership experience in M&amp;E coordination and management<br \/>\nSkilled in use of statistical methods of design of data collection systems and for data analysis<br \/>\nStrong communication and presentation skills<br \/>\nSuperior knowledge of computer software such as Microsoft excel, SPSS, Epi Info, etc<br \/>\nProved experience designing and managing databases<br \/>\nStrong participatory training and facilitation skills<br \/>\nGood qualitative analysis and writing skills<br \/>\nTeam player, highly-motivated, self-starter, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines<br \/>\nFluency in English required<br \/>\nAbility to relate to and communicate with people from different backgrounds<br \/>\nAbility and willingness to travel within Ghana<br \/>\nDesired (asset):<br \/>\nRelevant graduate degree<br \/>\nUnderstanding of humanitarian and development work<br \/>\nExperience designing and collecting monitoring data involving behaviour change, life skills, health knowledge, children and youth and gender<\/p>\n<p><strong>How To Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>All interested candidates who meet the requirements should deliver via email their application with detailed Curriculum Vitae to <strong>vkemavor@righttoplay.com<\/strong>.
