\n\u2022 Receive and process cash from customers, balancing daily receipts and forwarding receipts for approval
\n\u2022 Write cheques for approved claims, commissions and other expenses\/payments
\n\u2022 Pass the appropriate ledger entries on all payments and oversee cash inventory
\n\u2022 Lodge all cash and cheques received as per agreed timelines
\n\u2022 Conduct other business that may be assign by the Treasurer\/Branch Manager
\n\u2022 Vet and issues receipts for manual transactions carried at the agency offices
\n\u2022 Prepare and submit daily\/weekly\/monthly returns on all financial transactions to the Finance & Accounts Department.<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Foundation level in ACCA, ICA or CIMA will be an advantage.
\n\u2022 A minimum of 2 years post National Service experience
\n\u2022 Advanced computer literacy in MS Office
\n\u2022 Ability to preparation of financial reports and statements
\n\u2022 Numerical skills and attention to details.
\n\u2022 Knowledge of Computerized accounting programs<\/p>\n
