\n\u2022 Advise on operational and administrative procedures in the Hospital
\n\u2022 Lead in the development and dissemination of policies and guidelines on general administration and support services in the hospital
\n\u2022 Coordinate the preparation and ensure implementation of hospital strategic and annual plans
\n\u2022 Ensure availability of supplies and logistics and advise on resource allocation in the hospital
\n\u2022 Ensure the efficient utilization of resources in the hospital
\n\u2022 Facilitate the development and maintenance of a central database on health infrastructure transport and medical equipment
\n\u2022 Lead in the development and maintenance of a central database on health infrastructure, transport and medical equipment
\n\u2022 Lead in the development of systems for monitoring and evaluation of transport management, general administration practices, and health projects in the hospital
\n\u2022 Evaluate and advise on the disposal of obsolete equipment, plants and transport
\n\u2022 Facilitate the development, analysis and review of policies in the hospital
\n\u2022 Handle correspondence and reports on general administration
\n\u2022 Work closely with hospital\u2019s solicitors and liaise with the attorney general\u2019s department to resolve legal issues of the hospital
\n\u2022 Lead in the preparation of hospital annual and other reports
\n\u2022 Performs any other duties that may be assigned by the Chief Executive<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Evidence of leadership and continuing professional development and training in health management
\n\u2022 A minimum of 10 years working experience in the health sector 5 years which should be at senior management level
\n\u2022 Good computer literacy and skills
\n\u2022 Good flair for writing reports on the job
\n\u2022 Membership of a relevant professional group\/regulatory body will be an added advantage<\/p>\n
