The project supplies several brands in Europe and the U.S., is organic and fair trade certified and has a positive impact on rural development in the Eastern Region.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Head Teacher<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Serendi Montessori School\u00a0<\/strong>is a school that seeks to provide quality and moral education for children between the ages of 6 months to 6 years through a unique play and learning method. The school seeks to recruit for the position of a Head teacher and teachers.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Head Teacher Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Responsible for the operation and instructional leadership at the preschool.<\/li>\n<li>Train and supervise staff, set instructional objectives, and work to meet all agreed set goals\/objectives.<\/li>\n<li>Plan, organize and control all activities relating to the Pre-School.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain and ensure the growth of a first class Montessori School in the area.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Required Skills or Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of a Bachelor\u2019s Degree \/ Diploma preferably in Education or Psychology.<\/li>\n<li>Working knowledge in Montessori System of Education.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 3 years\u2019 experience from the educational sector preferably a Montessori School.<\/li>\n<li>Must have skills in Management and Leadership.<\/li>\n<li>Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point.<\/li>\n<li>Strong digital literacy (ICT) skills required to perform Online Assessment\/Supervision.<\/li>\n<li>Should be above 30 years.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent written and spoken communication and a proactive approach to effective communication in Twi and English are a must.<\/li>\n<li>Willingness to undergo Montessori practices training.<\/li>\n<li>Willingness to relocate full time to Asuom, Eastern Region<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>All CV\u2019s should be sent to serendimontessori18@gmail.com<br \/>\nClosing Date: 30\/03\/2018<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Serendipalm Co.
