\n\u2022 Responsibility for supervision of the procurement section of the college
\n\u2022 Preparation of procurement plans for goods, works and service for the college
\n\u2022 Assisting in ensuring adherence to procurement regulations as contained in the Procurement Act 2003, Act 663 and any other regulatory framework
\n\u2022 Assisting in the formulation of procurement plans and stategies
\n\u2022 Assisting in the processing of Tender advertisements
\n\u2022 Preparation of tender bids
\n\u2022 Supervising the maintenance and updating of proper database of suppliers, service providers and consultants
\n\u2022 Assisting in monitoring contracts to ensure conformance and compliance with contract terms
\n\u2022 Assisting in the compilation of procurement request from user departments for action<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Candidate must have served as a Procurement Assistant in a college of education or comparable grade in a similar institution or organisation for at least 4 years
\n\u2022 Must be computer literates and conversant with the relevant software<\/p>\n
