Catholic Relief Services aims to improve food security and the quality of life of poor families in rural and semi-urban areas in Ghana. To accomplish this, CRS\/Ghana supports programs that promote the involvement of local communities and organizations in the design and execution of activities. CRS\/Ghana focuses on the country’s three northern regions (Northern, Upper West, and Upper East).Working through local church and government counterparts, CRS\/Ghana supports development and relief activities in several sectors including: Education, health, safety net, agriculture, peace building, micro finance, emergency response. Currently, CRS\/Ghana has two country program offices with over 180 national staff and three international staff. The head office, where all programming activities are coordinated and managed, is based in Tamale, in the Northern Region while the administrative support office is located in the nation’s capital of Accra.<\/p>\n

\nBased in Tamale, Ghana with travel to the field, sometimes to remote locations, as well as some regional and HQ travel for meetings and trainings.<\/p>\n
\nSupervisory:\u00a0<\/strong>Program Managers, MEAL Coordinator and International Development Fellow (IDF)
\nInternal:\u00a0<\/strong>Close working relations with CR, Head of Operations and the Operations teams, Business Development Specialist and Field Office teams, Regional Office and HQ advisors and specialists.
\nExternal:\u00a0<\/strong>Church and Caritas partners, Ghana Health Services, Ghana Education Services and other implementing international and local partners, government, donors and community members.<\/p>\n
