\n\u2022 Review quarterly reports on employment and training plans submitted by service providers in the electricity supply and renewable energy industries
\n\u2022 Monitor succession plans of service providers for each employment position not occupied by Ghanaians
\n\u2022 Monitor the implementation of of research and development sub-plans of service providers in relation to local content and local participation
\n\u2022 Review technology transfer reports on electricity supply and renewable energy service providers
\n\u2022 Enforce implementation of technology transfer from service providers to Ghanaians and indigenous companies and report the Local conent committee
\n\u2022 Monitor implementation of allied service sub-plans and ancillary service sub-plans
\n\u2022 Review local content and local participation performance reports
\n\u2022 Monitor reporting renewable energy industries
\n\u2022 Manage the data bank of available capabilities in the electricity supply and renewable energy industries
\n\u2022 Inspect record of service providers and report to the committee
\n\u2022 Assist with public education on th local content and local participation policy
\n\u2022 Engage in inspection and seizure of electrical equipment, electrical appliances or renewable energy equipment mannufactured or imported in contravention of established regulations<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 MSc in Electrical \/ Mechanical Engineer plus MBA
\n\u2022 BSc\/BA in Economics or statistics & ICT plus MBA
\n\u2022 At least 10 years post qualification experience in the Energy Sector
\n\u2022 Knowledge in renewable energy technologies is an advantage<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Good report writing and presentation skills
\n\u2022 Fluency in written and spoken English
\n\u2022 Practical knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Publisher)
\n\u2022 Excellent interpersonal skills
\n\u2022 Good work ethics and integrity
\n\u2022 Passion to deliver results
\n\u2022 Ability to type and process own documents<\/p>\n
