The Service therefore requires the services of result-oriented, self motivated and exceptionally competent individual to join the M&amp;E Team in the following position.<\/p>\n<p>The Deputy Director of M&amp;E (MIS) will report directly to the Director of Monitoring and Evaluation. The duties and responsibilities shall include the following:<\/p>\n<p>Conduct data and system requirement analysis<br \/>\nPrepare quarterly and annual reports for stakeholders<br \/>\nSupervise, collect and analyze field data<br \/>\nSupervise the input of data and establish checks with the data collection systems to ensure accuracy, relevance and timeliness of information to stakeholders<br \/>\nSupervise the training of staff for the M&amp;E System<br \/>\nAssist in monitoring activities and preparation of project reports<br \/>\nHarmonize and generate quarterly plans and quarterly reports<br \/>\nAny other related duty as may be assigned by the Judicial Secretary\/Director of M&amp;E<\/p>\n<p><strong>Required Skills or Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>To qualify for this position the applicant must have:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A minimum of Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Mathematics\/Statistics\/Computer Science\/Management Information System<br \/>\nPreference will be given to those with a master&#8217;s degree in relevant discipline<br \/>\nAt least ten (10) years progressive work experience as M&amp;E Officer, four (4) of which should be in management position, preferably in the public sector<br \/>\nTraining in M&amp;E from a recognized institution<br \/>\nDemonstrated proficiency in data management software packages<br \/>\nDemonstrated leadership and people management skills<br \/>\nStrong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills<\/p>\n<p><strong>How To Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Interested applicants are to submit the following in addition to an application letter to the address below:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Detailed Curriculum Vitae with contact telephone numbers, E-mail address and three (3) references<br \/>\nBrief statement on job responsibilities in current post<br \/>\nTHE JUDICIAL SECRETARY<br \/>\nJUDICIAL SERVICE OF GHANA<br \/>\nP.
