\n\u2022 Provide input into the company\u2019s strategic plans
\n\u2022 Carry out research to identify new routes and opportunities
\n\u2022 Monitor competitor airlines, in terms of schedule, product, fleet mix and report to management
\n\u2022 Optimise network to improve revenue generation and profitability
\n\u2022 Assist in the preparation and updating of the company\u2019s business plan
\n\u2022 Responsible for scheduling and flights management, i.e loading of flights in the system, modifying flights in case of disruptions
\n\u2022 Ensure adequate pricing to maximize revenues for the company
\n\u2022 Work closely with flight operations, ground operations, maintenance and finance to study the feasibility of planned routes, flights and charter flights
\n\u2022 Liaise with airports and civil aviation authorities in matters related to scheduling
\n\u2022 Initiate projects aimed at improviding flights management and distribution (systems)
\n\u2022 Carry out recommended configuration of the company\u2019s commercial systems to ensure efficient & effective operations
\n\u2022 Produce route performance report on a weekly\/monthly basis
\n\u2022 Initiate and follow up projects aimed at improving operations and improving revenue
\n\u2022 Perform any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by superiors<\/p>\n
