It is the 2nd largest in Africa producing fresh tilapia right from the Volta Lake in Ghana.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Outboard Engine Mechanic<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Tropo Farms Limited, an aquaculture firm located at Mpakadan in the Eastern Region at the Asuogyaman District is seeking for interested applicants for the position of an\u00a0<strong>Outboard Engine Mechanic<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Diagnosis and repair of general mechanical faults on all Outboard Engines.<\/li>\n<li>Routine servicing of 15HP, 40HP, 60HP etc. Outboard Engines.<\/li>\n<li>Repair of broken down engines both at shore and offshore.<\/li>\n<li>Rebuild of Outboard Engines.<\/li>\n<li>Synchronize with Parts Store Manager for the Order of Outboard Engine Parts.<\/li>\n<li>Routine training of Outboard Engine Operators on the usage of Outboard Engines.<\/li>\n<li>Good housekeeping of the Workshop.<\/li>\n<li>Completion of time sheet and service report for tasks assigned.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Required Skills or Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Should be fully qualified and have at least 5 years working experience with reputable automobile company.<\/li>\n<li>Should have a minimum educational qualification of Senior High School certificate or an HND.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work for long hours with little\u00a0 or no supervision and remain focused and willing to work extra hours<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Interested applicants should address their application letters and CVs to tropofarms.recruiting@gmail.com<\/p>\n<p>Deadline: 19th April, 2018.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Tropo Farms Limited is the leading aquaculture company in Ghana.
