GGBL operates from two sites in five drinks categories: Beer, RTD, Malt and Mainstream Spirits as well as the distribution of Premium Spirits.<\/p>\n<p>Guinness Ghana is Ghana\u2019s leading Beverage Business<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Senior Inventory Officer<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>PURPOSE<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Be the business partner to the Plant Manager and the Supply Director<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>University Degree<\/li>\n<li>Qualified Accountant<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>This pro-active and forward thinking candidate with strong business partnering skills, an analytical mind and the ability to implement decisions successfully<\/li>\n<li>In market knowledge \u2013 understands key performance drivers<\/li>\n<li>Proven track record of influencing stakeholders<\/li>\n<li>Conceptual, problem solving\/analytical skills<\/li>\n<li>Good experience of relationship building<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>ACCOUNTABILITIES<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead monthly and annual stock counts end to end<\/li>\n<li>Business partnering with Engineering team to optimize spares procurement and inventory levels<\/li>\n<li>Partner with Logistics to minimize Breakages and waste in the warehouse<\/li>\n<li>Ensure rock solid controls in the warehouse e.g. Batch spot check<\/li>\n<li>Lead annual fixed asset verification<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring yearly Key distributor returnable count<\/li>\n<li>Ensure the integrity and accuracy stock account in SAP<\/li>\n<li>Drive appropriate levels of inventory for the business to deliver business targets including Average working capital<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Guinness Ghana Breweries Limited (GGBL) is a leading brewer and marketer of premium alcoholic and malt drinks in Ghana.
