\n\u2022 Recover the above listed as per indicated times when need be
\n\u2022 Address IT security issues
\n\u2022 Support End Users on PC related issues
\n\u2022 Required to relief help desk officer when need arises
\n\u2022 Follow procedures for completing tasks
\n\u2022 Communicate with vendors on resolution of issues
\n\u2022 Communicate to staff on issues being resolved<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Microsoft certification (e.g, MCITP, MCTS, MCP, etc) is an advantage
\n\u2022 Strong networking and hardware background would be an advantage<\/p>\n
